These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77cbc ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), an offshore online betting and casino platform accessible at https://77cbc.io (the "Website"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Website, including all betting markets, live casino services, slot products, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and any other services offered by 77cbc.

Use of the 77cbc platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

To use the 77cbc platform, you must create a single registered account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify 77cbc promptly of any change to the details held on your account. 77cbc accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out from your account after each session on shared or public devices;

All financial transactions on the 77cbc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods, minimum transaction amounts, and processing times are subject to change at 77cbc's discretion; current details are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits: The current minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed through live API integrations and typically credit to your account within seconds of confirmed payment. 77cbc does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed only to accounts that have completed Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically one to four hours for MFS wallet methods and up to three business days for bank transfer methods, subject to payment provider processing schedules and any additional verification requirements that may apply.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Quoted odds are not guaranteed until the bet slip confirmation is issued. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; the odds at the moment of confirmation govern the wager.
• Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player except where 77cbc provides an explicit cash-out feature for the relevant market.

• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Player's payment provider;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77cbc may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations. • Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Errors in live odds data caused by third-party feed providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delayed or failed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 77cbc's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all cases where 77cbc is found liable, the total liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 77cbc account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to bring claims against 77cbc as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
